Terms of Service

Provider: Quervo Digital, registered in the Netherlands.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Loaded Dice, including the mobile app, website, and related services. By accessing or using Loaded Dice, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Loaded Dice. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials, account activity, and information you provide. You agree to keep account details accurate and up to date.

3. Service Description

Loaded Dice is a community-driven team building companion app for Pokemon Champions. Current features include a team builder with VP cost calculations, a community feed for sharing teams, and a type quiz. A damage calculator is planned for a future update.

4. Purchases

Loaded Dice currently offers a one-time ad-free purchase. Additional purchase models (including subscriptions) may be introduced in the future. Billing, taxes, refund handling, and payment disputes are subject to the policies of the applicable app store.

5. Community Content

You may submit team content to the community feed. You retain ownership of your content, and you grant us the rights needed to host, display, and distribute it inside the service. You can request removal of your own content, and we may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post illegal, abusive, hateful, or harassing content.
  • Post spam, scams, malware, or deceptive content.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Use automation or scraping in ways that harm service integrity.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass service protections.

7. Intellectual Property

Loaded Dice, including branding, app design, and service content (excluding user submissions), is owned by Quervo Digital or its licensors and protected by applicable law.

Pokemon and related properties are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., and The Pokemon Company. Loaded Dice is an independent companion app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those rights holders.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if your use poses legal, security, or abuse risk to the platform or other users.

9. Disclaimer

Loaded Dice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Quervo Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when published on this page. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
